''Following a car accident some years ago which resulted in a severe lower back injury the only option seemed a multiple disc laminectomy, i simply couldnt walk without crutches and suffered unbelivable severe pain. I was told it was very unlikley i would ever walk without aid again. After a series treatments over a 6 month period, i became more and more able. That was 14years ago! I went onto become an adventure trainning officer, power walker, hill walker, you name it ive done it! I know have my mot every 3months or so and have never looked back........simply brilliant!''

"I can’t recommend Anna at Equilibrium enough. When I went to her initially she discussed my concerns thoroughly, knowledgeable and professionally. I could hardly walk when I first went to see her and left being able to walk a little more. By the next morning I was walking even more. I have now been a second time and now my leg which has had a partial replacement and knee operation in last 7 months is stronger and I walked a little further today, the day after my visit, without any problems. Finally my visits have been really enjoyable experiences."
"This was my first consultation with Rob. He was brilliant. He listened to my list of aches and pains and then began to diagnose the problems. He talked me through each part of the treatment, giving me a clear explanation as to what he was doing and possible reasons for the cause of the pain I was experiencing.
In the end, I could feel much pain relief and left feeling a lot better both mentally and physically. I would totally recommend Equilibrium to anybody suffering from aches and pains. You don’t have to live with it so get yourself an appointment with any of the practitioners and you’ll never look back."
