Parking (see map below):  
There is ample, free, on-street parking for a minimum of 1 hour surrounding the Centre:

• Mosley Street -1 hour - DE14 1ER - to return to Equilibrium, turn right at Station Street, centre is on your right.

• Milton Street  DE14 1ED - some 2 hour bays- to return to Equilibrium, turn left at Station Street, centre is on your left

• Cross Street DE14 1EF   - some 2 hour bays- to return to Equilibrium, turn left at Station Street, centre is on your left 

• Station Street - DE14 1SZ- 1 hour- Pull in slip road towards 107, off Station Street/Borough Road (immediately before/after the railway bridge)  - return to main part of Station Street - Equilibrium is across the road.

• There is some unlimited free parking on Stanley Street, DE14 1DY - go back to Moseley Street, turn left. At Station Street turn right, Equilibrium on right.

• Pay and display public car-parks at the Railway Station or Sainsbury's or Lidl supermarket.

Please check with your therapist/reception that one/two hours parking will be sufficient time for your therapy and registration.

Satellite Navigation:  Please note that entering just our postcode has caused problems with some sat-navs directing toward the wrong end of Station Street - we recommend using your satnav to find one of the parking areas above instead.
